Refund & Return Policy

Our Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error).

Return Conditions

        • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

        • Bedding (fitted sheets, pillowcases) must be returned in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

        • Beach towels, robes, and hair turbans must be free of stains, odors, and pet hair.

        • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

        1. Contact us at [returns@yourstore.com] within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.

        2. We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address (please do not return items without authorization).

        3. Pack the items securely and ship them back using a trackable carrier. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

        • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

        • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

        • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
